I'm in the writing mode so hang on. The unfortunate thing about this coming election is that both sides will not examine their rigid ideas. For Mitt evry problem will be solved with lower taxes for the so called "job creators". For Obama it's all about the social programs for his liberal base. For me someone who voted " the hope" it's disappointing. Obama wasted his election on a compromised health care bill that no one likes really. A strong case should have been made for a single payer minimal coverage with a tiered system where people can buy into special premium coverage, a guest worker program no citizenship for hard working immigrants who don't break the law while here, but these of course need compromise, and when you have a Republican party that says our goal is a one term President, what do you expect? If I took a job and a co-worker told me on day 1 his goal was to see me get fired, I would ask why work this person?
A third choice/? But who does a write in hurt the Most? Let me Know?

Who is Best for America ?
The reality is " are these two candidates the best we have to offer"? Obama has shown he is over matched for the job. Has chosen poorly what problems to try and solve first, second, and so on! He has chosen poorly on advisors, Cabinet, and for sure Attorney General.
Mitt has no center will say and do anything to get the job. Mitt is a light weight of all lightweights. He can't say or stand for anything untill his handlers have told him what to say. Obama might have a teleprompter to tell him what to say , but Mitt doesn't have a position other than I think it would be cool to be President. Mitt has not grown up in America he was born on third base and thought he hit a triple. Obama raised middle class at best has seen people struggle and knows what it means to start behind the 8-ball. Now Obama has done a poor job, let's not quibble about that. The question is Who is best for everybody? Man I wish we had a third choice!

He is going to change....you hope
Obama is heading for a landslide defeat.
He will not let go of his Liberal/Socialist views, will not despite a mountain of evidence they are failing. Despite a growing discontent of voters, including his base.
His ridiculous class warfare argument is drawing fire from even within his own party. He and his views have been trounced at every election since he became President.
Listening to even a little political news, the obvious question is why? Why not moderate just a little? Talk about easy, if he was even just a little more pro business, pro capitalism, man things would fall right into his lap.
Then this writer had his Eureka moment.
He will, he is going to moderate...triangulate, fire his core staff and reintroduce himself as....Obama the moderate.
Bet's available, any takers?

The wink, wink President
Must be tough to be Obama. Gotta say one thing but every one knows its not serious (true).
"I'm going to end the war and close Gitmo"! Now we all know that would be foolish, to leave our country exposed, but he got his believers, believing but then wink, wink, never closed Gitmo and extended the Afghan conflict. President drone!
"I believe a marriage is between a man and a woman", but now wink, wink, I really don't think that, we know I don't think that and ...OK, I'm gonna evolve! Besides, the religious are not my base.
"If you like your insurance, you will get to keep your insurance", but...big wink, wink, everyone knows my goal is single payer, government controlled health care and the best way to get there is to legislate a monstrosity, destined to fail, which will allow us to usher in complete government control.
"I'm not a Socialist"! but everyone knows and everything I do is to enlarge government. But wink, wink let's talk about profit and how the private sector is "OK". Granted, even with my amazing wink, wink ability, I'm struggling a lot on this one. Better drag out Billy, he will get it done.....wait...did he just say "sterling record"?

Payrolls Rise by 69,000; Jobless Rate up to 8.2%
U.S. job gains decelerated sharply last month and the unemployment rate climbed, the latest indication of stalled momentum amid concerns about global growth.
The Stimulus, it was argued by the Liberals, would and did create jobs; we, Conservatives, argued that it would not, at least not long term ones. The much touted infrastructure and green energy jobs would be temporary in the former and not market driven in the later.

CBO: Obama Porkulus Spent $4.1 Million Per Job
When [the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act] was being considered, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation estimated that it would increase budget deficits by $787 billion between fiscal years 2009 and 2019. CBO now estimates that the total impact over the 2009–2019 period will amount to about $831 billion. By CBO's estimate, close to half of that impact occurred in fiscal year 2010..." The bottom line is this: The amount of money that they calculate the stimulus will cost and add to the deficit equals $4.1 million per job created.

Whew, France will be fixed
According to Liberal Bloggers Rich, Terry and Rich, we are just a soak the rich away from prosperity.
Austerity...writes first Rich....is to blame for Europe's woes. They, the voters, agree and vote in....wait... Socialism! (Course Obama's not a Socialist...course not). They promise to tax high earners at the hardly significant 75% rate.
As an aside Terry texts me today complaining about the JP Morgan trader getting sympathy for getting fired after earning $14 M. No one who is a high earner should ever get any sympathy!
Anyway, so France has promised more than it has (kind of like us but at a more advanced stage of disease) and their solution...same as Rich 1, Terry and Rich 2....and the REST of the Liberal domain...TAX THE RICH! They never...ever...except for defense...support spending cuts (remember how they protested the $ 15B in spending cuts out of a TRILLION budget?)
OK, so they have (OK, have proposed) a 75% tax rate on the rich...and that...all you dumbshit Conservatives... should take care of everything. No austerity...(meaning living with what you have, not what your children are going to produce), no delaying retirement until the ungodly age of 62 (how uncivilised)...no...gasp....40 hour work week...no we just vote to tax the rich.
OK, now my Liberal brethren, this is your nirvana, France got they way you desire for our country. (kind of like when you held the Presidency, both houses of Congress and passed pretty much what ever you wanted...so the current mess is...YOURS!)
So this should work...solve the problem...no deficit...no austerity.
OK, but I think the rich are going to... move to Switzerland. They are going to say (close your ears)...FUCK YOU...in a big way. They are going to say..."I'm not working my ass off for you to take 75% of what I make." The French high earners are just the same as American earners.
But...Dear Readers: I'm sometimes too passionate...too opinionated...this could work...France could solve its woes........... OK, but if it does not...and...if it inflames the French people, who after driving away their creators of wealth and are left with nothing except debt and then blame the German's who get pissed for getting blamed for helping them by their work (kind of like the French high earners who will be living in Switzerland at the time) and this starts another war.........don't blame Capitalism.
Rich, Terry and Rich...Warren Buffet is wrong...if we took $100B and left it in his hands...to do as he pleased... or gave that same $100B to our government, more prosperity, less poverty and more taxes would be gained from Warren.

Keynesian's are leading us to world war.
Even among the non-deranged is a habit of ignoring constraints. Good ideas
that can't be put into effect aren't good ideas. Bluntly put, the Keynesian
remedies (borrow, spend, adjust later) require things of Germany that German
politicians cannot deliver.
Governments engage in austerity not because they want to, but because they have nowhere to get the money they'd like to spend and spend. The German people don't want to tax themselves—or indirectly tax themselves with inflation—so Spaniards, Greeks and Italians can spend the money. Or Obama's rich vs poor.
And inevitable is the half-spoken argument about the size of government. Whether or not Europe's governments are too big, they are certainly too big for the euro. Fixed exchange rates between sovereign, democratic countries may be practical in a world of atomized businesses and individuals who don't conceive of an alternative to organizing their lives by price signals. The gold standard certainly worked well for the better part of a century.
But that's not our world and never will be again. In France, 56% of national income is controlled by the state. Across Europe, the first recourse of every interest group and voting bloc is to expect the state to protect them from inconvenient adjustments dictated by mere price signals.
To say Europe walked blindly into monetary union is an exaggeration. Bureaucratic Europhiles hoped it would necessitate a march toward a United States of Europe. Pro-business Europhiles hoped it would force a return to the market.
Broad growth of government in Europe (56% of total spending in France), it's Socialism, is imploding, as it always does. Opportunistic leaders, such as our President, will inflame and blame. Ever greater cradle to grave government care creates a lazy citizenry, it has to. The industrious Germans are not going to pay for the lazy Greek's and Spaniards. The lazy will protest the providers (like Obama is doing right now) and the providers will be angry in return. There are already accusations of Nazism.
Inflation or austerity which is necessitated by overly generous spending will spark protests, violence, nationalism....war.
It will be the Keynesian's fault. It will be the socialists faults. It will not be the fault of those who said to live within our means. Unfortunately they again will be blamed.

Weak First-Quarter GDP Shows Failure Of Obmanomics
Economy: The first estimate for early 2012 is in, and it's not pretty. GDP grew just 2.2% — way below expectations. The "Obama recovery" the media keep touting is looking more and more like a fraud.
Since entering office, President Obama has presided over the worst recovery since the Great Depression. While the recovery began just four months after Obama took office, since then GDP growth has averaged just 2.4% at a yearly rate. Pathetic.
At a less-than-3% growth rate, the economy won't even create enough jobs to sop up the 130,000 or so people who enter the workforce each month, much less the 14 million or so who are officially unemployed.
Since the recession ended in June of 2009, the average number of jobs created each month has been 70,000. That's why the jobless rate has stayed above 8% since the early months of Obama's time in the White House.
And that's also why we have 1.6 million fewer jobs today than when Obama first stepped into office. Obama's policies have created a massive growth deficit.
In recent weeks, jobless claims have started to edge up again toward recessionary levels, with the four-week moving average last week rising 6,000 to 389,000.
Even so, the media have sold Americans on the idea that we're in a recovery, thanks to Obama's economic policies — which include $862 billion of "stimulus," soaring debt and annual deficits of $1 trillion-plus, green energy subsidies to bankrupt firms, a looming half-trillion-dollar tax hike, and a regulatory onslaught.
As such, the first quarter of this year was supposed to be a follow-up to last year's final three months, when the economy grew at a 3% pace.
After all, consumers were starting to spend. The automakers were rebounding from their slump, we were told. And record warm weather across the country meant there'd be a lot more construction and other weather-related economic activity.
Instead, we got another "disappointment."
Hunger Games 2012......or Rome
Gale knows his anger at Madge is misdirected. On other days, deep in the woods, I've listened to him rant about how the tesserae are just another tool to cause misery in our district. A way to plant hatred between the starving workers of the Seam and those who can generally count on supper and thereby ensure we will never trust on another. "It's to the Capitols advantage to have us divided among ourselves," he might say if there was no ears to hear but mine. If it wasn't reaping day. If a girl with a gold pin and no tessera had not made what I'm sure she thought was a harmless comment.

MORRIS: The president is running an absolutely stupid campaign. His campaign is based on the assumption of not appealing to the middle, not even regarding the middle. He's just going after the left. He's trying to re-create the coalition that elected him in 2008. He's trying to re-create that environment. Instead of using hope and change and uplift, he's using envy and fear and dislike and distrust. In the course of it he looks horrible, his personal approval ratings are dropping.

Over the last few months, I’ve been talking about a choice we face as a country. We can either settle for an economy where a few people do really well and everyone else struggles to get by, or we can build an economy where hard work pays off again – where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same rules. That’s up to us.
Today, I want to talk to you about the idea that everyone in this country should do their fair share.
Now, if this were a perfect world, we’d have unlimited resources. No one would ever have to pay any taxes, and we could spend as much as we wanted. But we live in the real world. We don’t have unlimited resources. We have a deficit that needs to be paid down. And we also have to pay for investments that will help our economy grow and keep our country safe: education, research and technology, a strong military, and retirement programs like Medicare and Social Security.

ARMENDARIZ: I gave an analogy to my staff about my philosophy with enforcement. It was kind of like how the Romans used to conquer little villages in the Mediterranean. They’d go into little Turkish towns somewhere, they’d find the first five guys they saw, and they’d crucify them. And then, you know, that town was really easy to manage over the next few years.

Supreme Court, just regular people?
The criticism of Obama is he never had a real job, never grew up like regular folks, therefore doesn't know to get jobs going in America. Same can be said of Romney by the way grew up very privileged life not the way most Americans grow up.
Well I thought I would look at our Supreme Court justices who are on Federal Health Insurance and have been most of their adult lives and see how they fare under the same scrutiny.
None of them has been in the real world after graduating from Harvard or Yale, never practiced law with real folks in the real world, just academia stuff in high courts, never really seeing the impact on lives of real hard working folks.
Sorry guys and gals Ii'm looking forward to the same old political sideshow 5 to 4 vote.
If this is unconstitutional the vote should be 9 to 0 or 8 to 1, and if it is then the vote should be the same.
By the way Clarence speak up, your being paid for life, we have a right to know your thoughts.
