Supreme Court, just regular people?

The criticism of Obama is he never had a real job, never grew up like regular folks, therefore doesn't know to get jobs going in America. Same can be said of Romney by the way grew up very privileged life not the way most Americans grow up.
Well I thought I would look at our Supreme Court justices who are on Federal Health Insurance and have been most of their adult lives and see how they fare under the same scrutiny.
None of them has been in the real world after graduating from Harvard or Yale, never practiced law with real folks in the real world, just academia stuff in high courts, never really seeing the impact on lives of real hard working folks.
Sorry guys and gals Ii'm looking forward to the same old political sideshow 5 to 4 vote.
If this is unconstitutional the vote should be 9 to 0 or 8 to 1, and if it is then the vote should be the same.
By the way Clarence speak up, your being paid for life, we have a right to know your thoughts.

I recommend The Brethren by Bob Woodward and The Nine by Jeffrey Toobin. Both are fascinating looks inside the Court. I used the think Thomas' lack of questions during oral argument revealed a dim wit. Toobin's book will tell you otherwise - he can hold his own. He is the most conservative member of the Court and doesn't find oral arguments particularly helpful.

Trivia: All members of the Court attended either Harvard or Yale. All are either Jewish (3 liberal) or Catholic (1 liberal, 5 conservative).
