Don't you think it is ironic?

Don't you think it is ironic that the Barry administration trots out the former Liar-In-Chief, who had is law license suspended for lying to a Grand Jury under oath, as their point man on the Sestak affair? They have to be brain dead to think that the public and media are going to accept the credibility of Bill Clinton regarding this scandel in the making.

Never mind that the entire official explanation strains credibilty and facts past the breaking point. I told you about the Chicago style politics before the election. You are now seeing a demonstration of it over and over again as they continue to try and BS the American public as they glom more and more of the tax payer pie and redistribute it to their cronies and supporters. Doesn't it bother you to hear these clowns justify their behavir with comments like "politics have always been this way"? Really, please give us some examples of other administrations promising jobs to people for not running for election against their favorites.

This is probably not enough to get Barry impeached but I am predicting that these scandels are going to cost someone their job in this administration. The only question is who will they choose to be the sacrificial lamb.

Disingenuous, Mark. Bush's Attorney General and his chief ethics attorney both said Sestak offer was legally acceptable and business as usual. There is nothing illegal, immoral or improper about it.

GOP crybabies seem to forget that Bush tried to clear the field for Specter in 2004.

If you want to cynically complain about our president, you'll need to look for something a little more substantive, please.

Barry is going to cheat and lie and be way over his head.

Rich is going to...not read the posts

I'll give you specific examples when you show me specifically how you will balance the budget without raising taxes, k?

Darrell Issa, scandalmeister himself, acknowledged on FNC that the Specter affair was business as usual. He then made the point that Obama promised to be different. Fine - he can make a political point - not a criminal one.

When the facts and the issues are against you, pound the table and cry "Scandal!"

Rich will never be able to honestly answer a post!

He is like a 4 year old who has had his toy taken away. He cries and calls everyone else names but is not man enough to really see what is going on before his eyes.

Wake up and finally smell the coffee.

Wow, Mark! This post is ironic - the little boy that cried and went away for months is calling someone else a 4-year old! For the record - I have never left this blog in the face of rather hostile (if mediocre) prose.

You are welcome here whether you are crying like a baby or pounding the table in unenlightened pique.

Always making friends! Again!

to be clear, the source of your angst (correct Eric?), is that we want to limit spending without completely eliminating the deficit? Right?

And you still cannot show any examples of where an administration so interfered with a states choice of candidate.

We are worried we are headed for Greece. What has your "man" done to prevent the calamity?

Mark and I are old friends, Jim. You know that. For the record, I have never called him numb nuts or a fool.

I say we will need to raise taxes to cure the deficit. You & yours have disagreed yet been utterly unable to show how you would balance the budget otherwise. To say your efforts have been feeble would be overstating your case.

I will list specific examples of pols "clearing the field" once you have specified how you would balance the budget. Specified - not regurgitated platitudes.

President Obama has formed the Debt Commission chaired by Simpson & Bowles. The Senate tried to give this force of law and the ability to pass said deficit reduction by majority vote (rather than 670 votes) and 7 Republicans reneged - including McCain. That is what he has done. God willing, we will see real progress on this topic in December.

What did Bush do about the problem? His irresponsible tax cuts doubled the national debt in eight years and left his successor with a $1.3T deficit. He brought our entitlement "train wreck" forward by about ten years.

Thanks for asking.
