He said, to me in an unbelievable line of thinking, "I think we should redistribute the wealth", I said "that is communism and that has never worked, give me one good example". And he named Switzerland and others.
Joe Biddley is right, time to stand up. Time to be patriotic. Time to tell the truth....wait it was already done over 50 years ago.

Define "socialist" and "communist". Obviously Obama is neither. When you call him names like that, you are supposed to bring up the birth certificate issue. It is all of the same cloth.
If you are against the New Deal, say so. If you hate Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, say so! The GOP needs to speak up in this regard. That way, we won't be bothered with them in power for years...

I define what Jeff outlined in the above post as socialism and it is obviously what your party is pursuing.
Just be honest, you believe in the redistribution of wealth from the productive to the non on the basis of "social justice".
I believe in Capitalism and property rights.
You can use whatever Judo you want to mangle your ideas but they are on their face redistribution.
Lastly, I will bet any conservative on this blog would, should they rule the world for a day, chose to vastly limit the size of government, cut taxes and eliminate the debt. A smaller pie.
