Why no talk about debt until lately? The Republicans run it up for 28 years, a Democrat is in office less than four months and all of a sudden, the GOP discovers debt! Give me a break, please...
The Good Doc has a much better argument regarding the hawks/doves. I really wish we could go forward absent torture, and agree that our standards today are higher than they were in the immediate aftermath of 911, for obvious reasons. I really resent the far left going for payback. I also resent Cheney suggesting that waterboarding is okay. Enough already. We are America, we are exceptional, we have standards, and we will regain our moral authority once we abide by our lofty standards.
