Newt Ginrich "Kenyan anti-colonial" statement

Obama's father was a foreign student who divorced his mother when Obama was 3. They had been separated before then. Obama saw his father once in 1971 when he was 10. When and where exactly did Obama get his "Kenyan anti-colonial view'? This makes no sense on its face, yet no doubt the ignorant Tea Partiers and birthers will be holding up signs at their next rally promoting this absolutely stupid theory.

By Ginrich's theory, anyone who has a parent from a foreign country (which millions of Americans do) believes whatever political philosophy was popular at the time they were born. Nonsense.

Ginrich is a Neo-Nazi white supremacist. This is someone the GOP wants for president? By the way I think George Washington was Anti-Colonial.

If Gingrich or Palin run against Obama in 2012, it will be 1964 all over again; a two-to-one rout for the good guys.

I don't need a crystal ball for that kind of obvious forecast...

This Democrat works hard for his money and NEVER plays the lottery... :)

Newt thinks we forgot he divorced his wife while she was laying on a cancer bed, lambasted Clinton while he carried on an affair. Palin it turns out never shot a moose, oh! these people are something!
Bring it on in the next election, let me tell you the future if you are a incumbant, you are going to be out of a job after this next election, Democrat or Republican!

Great post, Terry. I have to add that I am genuinely shocked how low Gingrich has gone with his latest salvo. He is a brilliant guy - he knows exactly what he is saying - and it is despicable. Beneath contempt.

Neo-Nazi white supremacist!?!?!?

Well, at least you are keeping the dialog on a civil plane.

You should do better, Terry.

Hags your right I got a little carried away! While I believe the Tea party is mostly concerned good citizens the fringe element is just one white sheet away from the KKK. Gingrich should know better than say "Kenya" code for the birthers.

Hags - you called out Terry for hyperbole. How about Newt? Why no condemnation of the former speaker?
