Isn't it funny how this got out on the weekend in hopes that everyone might not notice the obvious flip flop here. I think it will become very interesting to keep score as to how many Bush administration anti terror policies Barry ends up going back to.

I hope this is reconsidered, only, lets have a "National Security Court" stateside.
Just a matter of time before Barry backpeddles on Gitmo itself. He was not a very good legal scholar on these national security issues. He did not allow himself any wriggle room but instead made unilateral concrete policy statements. Now Barry is in danger of having to listen to Soros scream at him.
