Newt, Run, Newt, Run.

Next to Romney, Gingrich seems authentic. Next to Herman Cain, Gingrich seems faithful. Next to Jon Huntsman, Gingrich seems conservative. Next to Michele Bachmann and Rick Perry, Gingrich actually does look like an intellectual. Unlike the governor of Texas, he surely knows the voting age.
The 68-year-old has compared himself to Charles de Gaulle. He has noted nonchalantly: “People like me are what stand between us and Auschwitz.” As speaker, he liked to tell reporters he was a World Historical Transformational Figure.
Run Newt Run as the Master Card ad says it will be priceless to see the debates.

Newt Gingrich may be a hypocrite, but we're living in the Age of the Hypocrite. We have billionaires who justify the fleecing of the middle class with calls for shared sacrifice. We have presidential candidates who sign pledges to do the will of Grover Norquist rather than the will of the people who elect them. We have an endless parade of family-values-spouting, bible-thumping politicians who are caught with their pants down.

Who better to reign over these times than a man who has done it all? He is an accomplished writer of fiction, having said that Mr. Obama was an African Mau-Mau with anti-colonial sentiments. Taking the oath of office would be a breeze for him, as he's an experienced oath taker. After all, he's promised to love, honor, and obey three wives, and even changed his religion along the way.

In a way, Newt is the most dependable politician out there. At least when he made a promise, you wouldn't have to wonder if he was telling the truth.

As an Obama supporter, I think Gingrich will be a wonderful nominee for the GOP. We couldn't ask for any better.

T...you are what is wrong with this country. Our food stamp President has killed out society.

Show me ANY evidence that "fat cats" significantly harmed our economy. Yes, there will always be greed, but ambition is what makes us great and freedom is what makes us special, you side wants to take away both.

The will of the people is for smaller government. A lot smaller.

WE ARE SPENDING MONEY WE DO NOT HAVE. WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION?

Americans are only for smaller government in the abstract. The entitlement programs - where most of the money goes - remain very popular.

If government is spending "money we do not have", one solution is obviously to get more money.
