You didn't need to go past 2020, because we'd all be government employees by then. Also, fast runners will be wearing ankle weights to make everything fairer for the slower civilians. Harder working employees will be forced to take three hour lunches so the the less acomplished could catch up. And really smart cardiac surgeons will be forced to use dull instruments so the less skilled ones could look better. After all, fair is fair.
Dubya must have been the "dull instrument" because his successor is sure looking good!
