Justice: Attorney General Eric Holder's decision to try five 9/11 plotters by a civilian court in New York rather than a military tribunal at Gitmo is already paying dividends — for the terrorists.
The five terror suspects want to use their "not guilty" pleas as a chance to voice their hate-filled beliefs and grievances against the West. In short, we're giving them a prime-time soapbox in the most important city on Earth from which to spout their hate and recruit new adherents to their murderous cause.
We know this because Scott Fenstermaker, the attorney for terrorist suspect Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, nephew of 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, says his client plans to "explain what happened and why they did it."
That is, they'll admit to doing it even while pleading not guilty, just so they can propagandize on behalf of their cause. In doing so, they not only will torture the families of the 3,000 people murdered on 9/11 with their lack of remorse. They will also get to make the case for jihad to a lot of sick minds around the world.

It is writing like this that makes me fear that Rich has truly lost his mind. The following written by brother Richard about the abomination that is the KSM trial. What a fool believes.
If you and Eric Holder are together and there is one "idiot" in the room, it ain't Holder. I'll trust his judgement and understanding of the issues far more than yours. It's not a close call. AND THE THOUSANDS WHO ALSO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS A TERRIBLE IDEA WITH NO BENEFIT? THEM ALSO?

So, why didn't Bush give these guys a speedy trial? If he wanted it done by a military court, why didn't he do it? Was he dithering for 7 years? There is no excuse...YES THERE IS AND IF YOU WERE NOT SO BLINDED BY YOUR OBEDIENCE TO "O", YOU WOULD REALIZE WE WERE USING THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE, SOMETHING WE WOULD NOT DO TO AN AMERICAN CITIZEN. SOMEHOW YOU SEEM TO FORGET, THEY KILLED A LOT OF FOLKS IN AN ACT OF WAR.
Was McVeigh a terrorist or not? YES, A DOMESTIC TERRORIST, A CITIZEN, CAPTURED HERE AND DUE THE RIGHTS OF A CITIZEN. Was his intent any better or worse than KSM? I DON'T KNOW RICH WHY DON'T YOU ASK THE OK AND NYC FAMILIES AND SEE WHICH ONE PUNCHES YOU FIRST. Or was he merely less effective. Were you a little sympathetic to TM? NO, GLAD HE IS DEAD, HATE HIS TACTICS AND MOTIVATION. YOU TO AYERS? Due to the treachery involved, I think McVeigh scores worse than KSM. AND YOU REMAIN A ------- AND YOUR SIDE IS WILLING TO SUBVERT ANYTHING TO SERVE THEIR POLITICAL PURPOSES.
